DESCRIPTION

   Mesin memburuk ketika semakin tua karena sering dipakai sehingga kita dapat mengharapkan sejumlah fall off kinerja dan kerusakan umum mesin. Jika kita memahami mekanisme kegagalan yang ada, kita dapat mengidentifikasi parameter terbaik menunjukkan kerusakan mesin. Analisa kegagalan dan teknik Pemeliharaan prediktif, termasuk analisis getaran, dibahas dalam training dengan maksud untuk mengoptimalkan upaya rekayasa pemeliharaan sementara untuk memaksimalkan produksi. Teknik lain yang akan dibahas meliputi termografi inframerah, ultrasonik pasif, tribology dan pemantauan kinerja.

Reliability Centered Maintenance

DESCRIPTION

Kursus ini mengajarkan dasar-dasar Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM). Program ini tidak memproses tertentu tetapi memberi peserta alat dasar yang penting dan pengetahuan yang diperlukan untuk berpartisipasi dalam proses analisis RCM. Sebagai kursus tingkat menengah, tentu saja akan menggunakan analisis statistik, analisis biaya siklus hidup, dan pemahaman tentang karakteristik peralatan untuk mencapai program pemeliharaan yang optimal yang memenuhi keselamatan yang ditentukan lingkungan, dan tujuan ekonomi. Pada kursus ini peserta akan belajar untuk melestarikan fungsi peralatan dengan mengidentifikasi pemeliharaan preventif (PM) tugas yang sesuai, pemeliharaan prediktif (PdM) , kegagalan menemukan tugas dan tindakan lain yang melindungi terhadap kegagalan atau mengurangi konsekuensi dari kegagalan. Contoh dan latihan memberikan peserta pengalaman tangan untuk membantu mereka mulai menguasai konsep RCM.
