DESCRIPTION

   Mesin memburuk ketika semakin tua karena sering dipakai sehingga kita dapat mengharapkan sejumlah fall off kinerja dan kerusakan umum mesin. Jika kita memahami mekanisme kegagalan yang ada, kita dapat mengidentifikasi parameter terbaik menunjukkan kerusakan mesin. Analisa kegagalan dan teknik Pemeliharaan prediktif, termasuk analisis getaran, dibahas dalam training dengan maksud untuk mengoptimalkan upaya rekayasa pemeliharaan sementara untuk memaksimalkan produksi. Teknik lain yang akan dibahas meliputi termografi inframerah, ultrasonik pasif, tribology dan pemantauan kinerja.
